UN Global Compact Slovenia |
The Slovenian chapter of the UN Global Compact was established on May, 24th 2007 as an association of business and non-profit organizations committed to the universal principles of the UN Global Compact. Currently, the association has 33 member-organizations.
Prof. Danica Purg, President and Dean of the IEDC-Bled School of Management, serves as a President of UN Global Compact Slovenia, and IEDC provides secretariat and organizational support for the association.
The work of the UN Global Compact Slovenia is overseen by the governance board, which includes:
- Violeta Bulc, Director, Vibacom – UNGC Slovenia Chairman of the Governance Board
- Prof. Danica Purg, Dean and President, IEDC Bled School of Management – UNGC Slovenia President
- Mr. Janez Škrabec, General Manager. Riko Group
- Helena Brandner, Head of Controlling and Strategic Development, Electro Marobor
